靳振明,本科毕业于6165cc金沙总站,获生物技术学士学位; 毕业后保送至清华大学,直接攻读博士研究生,师从著名结构生物学家饶子和院士,获得生物学博士学位。现任湖南大学生物学院教授、博士生导师,主要研究方向为重要疾病与微生物的关键蛋白质结构解析及新药发现。作为主要研究者,率先解析全球首个新冠病毒蛋白质三维结构,研究成果入选“中国生命科学十大进展”、蛋白质结构数据库(PDB)明星分子等。研究发现的多种先导药物,在全球开展多中心I期/II期临床试验,并申请多项国内外专利。研究工作发表在Nature、Science、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Nature Communication、PNAS、Protein & Cell 等国内外主流学术期刊,并受邀在BBRC 等发表综述,累计引用量超过3000次。

湖南大学蛋白质结构与新药发现实验室,拥有包含从大肠杆菌、酵母到昆虫细胞、哺乳动物细胞的全系统重组蛋白研究平台,具备丰富的蛋白结构生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、微生物研究手段,更拥有相关的药物研发和临床转化经验。主要从事重要疾病与微生物的关键蛋白质结构解析及新药发现研究工作,在分子层面深入研究疾病发病机制和药物作用机制,并针对性开发小分子药物、拟肽类药物、抗体、药物递送系统等治疗手段,推动基础研究向临床应用的转化。另外,课题组也面向植物领域的关键蛋白质开展结构生物学研究。
